How do I know which size to order?
Across the top of each product page you will find a link to our size chart. Choose your size according to the chart. If you are unsure, or between sizes, itÕs a good idea to go with the larger one. Due to the tight-fitting nature of many costumes, the sizes tend to run smaller than clothing sizes, so when in doubt, remember this: you can always make a costume tighter with adjustments; unfortunately the same is not true for your body!
How do I know if an item is available for purchase?
If you can add the item to your cart, it is in stock and just waiting to be delivered to your door!
How do I know if my order was received and being processed?
Once you complete your payment information on the order page, you will be routed to a confirmation screen. Once you see this screen, you order is confirmed and being processed. You will also receive an email at the address you signed up with confirming your order once weÕve received it.
I donÕt like to buy online. Is there some other way to purchase Krazy Katz Costumes and Accessories?
We are very proud of our commitment to privacy, security, and customer service provided on our website, but if youÕd prefer to purchase in person come see us at the shop! WeÕre located at 1101 South Powerline Rd. Suite #106 in Deerfield Beach, FL and would love to meet you!
How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
We pride ourselves on our speed so as soon as your order is confirmed, we pack it up and ship it out. If however, you want to make a few last minute changes, you're best bet is to give us a call or send us an email. If you're order hasn't shipped, we'll amend it. If it has shipped, then we'll help you figure something out.
How do I know how much my order will cost?
The price of each product is listed within the product description and your grand total, including shipping charges, will appear on the order submission page as you checkout.
Shipping FAQ
Can Krazy Katz Costumes ship internationally?
We're working on expanding our family owned boutique across the oceans. As of right now, we don't ship internationally. We'll keep you posted as to when that changes.
If I place my order today, when can I expect to receive it?
Ground transit is typically 3 to 5 days, however can take up to 8 days dependant on the delivery location and the carrier. We are also working on other shipping options.
Where will Krazy Katz ship my order?
We will ship your order to the address you provide, however, you MUST provide a physical address for delivery. UPS can NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes and submitting one on your order form will result in delays. Please be mindful of this and provide ONLY a residential/business address for delivery. We appreciate your cooperation.
How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Krazy Katz does not charge a handling fee, but shipping charges are added on to the grand total of your order and calculated upon order submission. Shipping charges are determined according to weight, and may be affected by order size.

Krazy Katz can accept all major, valid credit cards as well as PayPal payments. You must selection which option you prefer at the time of checkout.
Return Policy FAQs
Can I return my order?
We are convinced you will LOVE your purchase; however Krazy Katz will gladly honor a refund on unused, unworn, intact and otherwise ÒnewÓ merchandise within 6 days of the purchase. If you try to return a costume thatÕs been worn (like, say to a bar) we will regretfully turn you away. Please use common sense and common courtesy. Merchandise returned beyond 6 days past the purchase date can unfortunately not be taken back, nor can the price be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience, but hope you will continue to rock your costume all over town.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
Our first priority here at Krazy Katz is your 100% satisfaction. If you feel there was an error with your order, please contact us right away. We take every measure to ensure a quality buying experience, but if we mess something up, we assure you weÕll make it right, just let us know!
